Özcan is a Management Consultant with twenty years of professional experience executing multiple projects for both private and public sector entities in the EMEA region including multiple STC Group Companies, PIF Companies, Multiple Ministries, Dubai Property Group and Sony. His main areas of expertise include sales and operating model development and implementation, project and program management, and incentive model development.

Prior to his role at Maven Insights, Özcan held a Senior Consulting position at the Big-4 firm Ernst & Young, as well as professional experience at internationally recognized Sony Europe ISE.

Özcan holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University (USA) and an MBA from Sabanci University (Turkey).
