Tan Ergen is Maven Insights’ Consulting Operations Director with twenty-three years of management consulting experience serving clients in multiple industries including Finance, Telecoms, Food and Beverage, Finance and Industrial, and delivering over 120 major project to both private and public sector companies in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and the Middle East region.

His wide range of experience and expertise covers corporate strategy formulation and performance management, project and program management, sales and operating model development and implementation, commercial growth strategies, business planning and go-to-market strategy development. In addition, Tan has undertaken numerous M&A organizational design and restructuring projects covering both buy and sell-side feasibility studies, due diligence analysis, company valuations and post-merger integration.

Prior to joining Maven Insights, Tan worked at well-renowned enterprises including PwC, Cegedim Healthcare Consulting, and Azersun Holding. 

Tan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Bilkent University (Turkey) and an MBA from EMAS Business School. He has completed an Executive Leadership Program from Oxford University (UK) and holds several professional certificates in various professional fields, including SSBBP© and Project Management certificates.
