Berç is a management consultant with fifteen years of professional experience in ICT, banking, and management consultancy companies. Berç has actively worked on different projects in strategy formulation and execution, corporate performance management design and execution, go-to-market strategy development, operating model design, corporate due diligence and market feasibility studies. Berç has actively contributed to more than 50 projects in the GCC region.

Berç holds an MSc. in Engineering Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, USA, and a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University. With full scholarships, Berç completed global executive programs through INSEAD, Harvard University, and the University of Connecticut. Currently, he is doing his Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Oxford, Said Business School.
